1, Where can I purchase your records?
Our records are available to purchase at U-Cover mailorder and Norman records webshop. Our releases will be available in other worldwide record shops! Please be patient!
2, Why do you have few releases?
Our label is very young, but we are enthusiastic and we count
on new artists who will contact us.
3, Demo policy
Please read the following carefully before you send any demo
to us!
Our label is very young, but we are enthusiastic and count on
other artists' works, we are waiting for demos. If you think that
your music would be correspondent with our expectations, and would
work in our releases, do send a demo!
Subjective and conceptual expectations:
* The emerge of aesthetics, beauty, musicality in a way or
at least the efforts to make those things sensable
* It is useless to send us any music which was build up in a genius
Reaktor, Reason or whatever environment, we are not going to release
incomprehensible experimental, glitch, noise, dark-ambient or
breakcore stuff.
* We are not going to keep our affection for 8bit sound or the
sounds created by old analogue monsters, but that does not mean
that it would be one of our conditions
* We are happy to get electro-acoustic or simply acoustic music,
but do not send any clisché stuff
* We count on your co-operation and would love to exchange audio
tracks, loops for remixes, only if the music fits into the expectations
mentioned above.
Many labels keep aloof from mp3 demos for some understandable
reasons. You can send us mp3s, we always sit in front of our PCs,
but we have expectations:
* You cannot send us more than 2 tracks
* Do NOT send them as attached files, we only download files which
are uploaded to somewhere
* Let you be as respective that you will not send half or one
minute excerpts, but full tracks
* The enconding has to be at least in 192 kbit/sec, 44khz, stereo,
and can be in mp3 or ogg format.
* Please write a little story, (conceptual) description of the
tracks. We are not interested in the stuff you used to create
them, rather what you felt when you were working on them. :)
Formal requirements for snail mail demos:
* We can listen to CD-Rs, MDs, audio-casettes. We cannot listen
to DAT cassettes.
* Please send your demo in a jiffy bag, because we cannot listen
to broken discs.
* We cannot resend any material to you, so please do not send
master copies!
* Send only 3 or 4 tracks which you find the best!
* Please send you material by mail, not by recorded delivery
It is important to attach any kind of contact info to your demo,
at least your email address.
